Processing Your Refund

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Digital services refunds will typically appear in your account within:

  • PayPal: 1-3 business days
  • Credit/Debit Cards: 3-10 business days (depends on your bank)
  • Bank Transfers: 5-14 business days

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Please note that we cannot issue refunds in the following cases:

  • After final files have been delivered and accepted by the client
  • For any third-party expenses we've already incurred (domain registration, hosting, etc.)
  • If the client changes their mind about the project after work has been completed
  • For custom coding or features that were specifically requested
  • If the refund request is made more than 60 days after purchase

Dispute Resolution

We strive to resolve all issues amicably. If you're unsatisfied with our services, please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks may result in permanent account suspension.

For disputes that cannot be resolved directly, both parties agree to binding arbitration as outlined in our Terms of Service
