Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NovaDev ("we", "us", or "our") website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use our services.

2. Service Description

All services provided by NovaDev are digital in nature. We do not ship or deliver any physical products.

NovaDev provides web development services including but not limited to:

• Custom website design and development
• HTML/CSS/JavaScript coding services
• Responsive web design solutions
• TailwindCSS or Bootstrap-based layouts

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide complete, accurate information in a timely manner
• Understand that delays in providing content/materials will affect project timelines
• Be responsible for all text, images and other content you provide
• Have appropriate rights for any copyrighted materials you supply

4. Payment Terms

4.1 All projects require payment via secure methods (PayPal, credit card, etc.)

4.2 Payment plans are available for custom projects over $500

4.3 Any additional requests beyond original scope may incur additional charges

4.4 All prices are in USD unless otherwise noted

5. Delivery & Ownership

5.1 NovaDev will deliver completed projects as ZIP files containing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript files unless otherwise agreed

5.2 Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of their custom website design

5.3 NovaDev retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, unless an NDA is in place or the client requests privacy for sensitive projects. Such requests must be made at project initiation.

6. Revisions & Refunds

6.1 Each standard package includes one round of minor revisions within 7 days of delivery

6.2 Additional revisions may be purchased at our standard hourly rate

6.3 Due to the digital nature of our services, refunds are typically available before work has begun or in cases of non-delivery. We strive for satisfaction and will work with clients to resolve disputes, including through reasonable solutions such as revisions, partial refunds, or other resolutions when appropriate.

7. Client Provided Materials

You represent that any materials (text, graphics, photos, etc.) provided to NovaDev for inclusion in your website are either owned by you or that you have permission to use them. NovaDev is not responsible for any copyright or trademark infringements related to materials you provide.

8. Limitation of Liability

NovaDev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue or expected profits.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the Romanian courts.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this Terms page.
